When you contact us, you can inquire on anything and inform us of your dental desires. You may mail your enamel snap shots and/or X-Ray snap shots through all channels, including live chat. Please keep in mind, supplying us as many records as possible and X-Ray photos will help us in providing you with an accurate quote and treatment plan. You can also request a video call consultation.

Treatment Plan & Video Call

If you requested a video call session, we will schedule a date as soon as possible (usually the same day), and one of our doctors will call you. You can share your teeth status with your dentist and explain all your dental need. Together with your dentist, you will be preparing for your proper treatment plan. After that call or your contact (in case you didn’t request a video call), we can send you a detailed treatment plan and a quote.

Scheduling An Appointment

Scheduling an appointment for your treatment in Medousa Clinique is so easy. Our international patients’ branch will be in contact with you to assign an appropriate date for you. There’s no waiting period, we will schedule your appointment to the precise date you request or maybe second day, but not later than that. We value our patient’s time.

Hotel Booking & Travel Plan

Our team will support you with your journey plan and accommodation reservation. We offer best deals to our international patients for room bookings in our partner hotels. We prioritize the benefit of our patients, as we do not receive any earnings from your hotel reservation. Throughout the scheduling, we will send you the offered hotel deals and selection of hotels for you to pick out. And upon your choice, we can book the hotel for you. You do not need to do something else. Your room will be ready and waiting for you whilst your arrival. We partnered with four-five stars’ hotels and guaranteeing our patients’ comfort all through their stay in Istanbul. Of course, you have total freedom to decline our accommodation offer and to e-book a hotel of your choice.

Before your plane lands down, our dedicated team will be waiting to welcome you from the airport when you arrive. Your Treatment

At the day of your appointment with our medical institution, usually the following day, you will be picked up by one in of our international patient coordinators from your lodge. At the clinic, you will be greeted by our doctors, and your treatment will start according to your treatment plan. After your treatment, you’ll be accompanied back to your hotel. You will need to attend to our hospital a few times during your stay in Turkey depending on your treatment plan. Our drivers will be ready to pick you up and return to you to your hotel on every appointment.

Departure

We persistently advise our patients to come back again to our clinic for a final checkup on their treatment. At the end of your treatment, we will enquire about your flight information so that we can offer VIP ride to the airport after your checkout of the hotel.
